The model of the kitchen and all the elements except the floor are grouped together, each model is assembled into one object and has multi-material. For example, the hob, extractor hood, oven - these are all separate objects, consisting of many different elements with different materials, each object has a logical name in English, as well as the manufacturer’s article and company, if any.
Along the upper boxes, below, a profile is imitated, imitating a mortise LED profile. To illuminate the working area, you will have to place the light source there yourself and select the brightness of its glow. You should also do with hood lights.

Who works in the V-Ray version is lower than 3.1. Be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section there is a Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - which is preferable to you.
