In the scene there is a modifier Hair and Fur on the rug, for the correct display select the display mode mr prim.
For versions below 2015, the Hair and Fur on the plaid is transferred to a mesh and, in order to save archive space and better file compression, is stored separately in the obj file, and material has been added to the archive for it.

When exporting fbx format, the corona layered material is not exported correctly, the material of the bed and bed linen is saved separately and is present in the archive. The upholstery material is the same as on the upholstery of the nightstand. In the fbx file, bedding and bed are combined into one object for the convenience of saving and applying the common material in 1 Multi / Sub-Object Material.
