The file contains two versions of the model, with more and fewer horizontal segments. A model with a large number of segments is convenient for bending with the Bend modifier or in another way. For large angles, you can apply the TurboSmoth modifier. The fence element is easy to replicate using Tools => Array. Specify the distance for copying 360cm.
