It is easy to change the color to any other through the color map in the material settings.

You can use turbosmooth on niches.
The objects contain correct texture scans.
Without using plugins. All objects, materials, and textures have logical names. The following files are present: .MAX .FBX .OBJ , as well as all textures.
The scene is optimized for fast loading, there are no hidden and garbage objects.
The model has been tested in interior lighting.
