The LED lighting on the switches is made by VRayBlendMtl for VRay and CoronaLayeredMtl for Corona, respectively. To switch off LED lighting, remove the checkmarks from the second coat material (led_on) and third coat material (led_light), leaving only the Base material (led_off) active. If you want to change the LED light intensity to match the light sensitivity of your cameras in the scene (the Intensity value parameter in the third Coat material).
